Our founder Nick Collins has been a chef for over 20 years, appearing on BBC's Masterchef The Professionals a few years back, Nick is as passionate as they come about food and service. It is important that our locations offer the very best service to match our food and coffee, you will be sure of a wide-eyed hello when you step into one of our sites.

Our ethically sourced coffee branded Ground Control tastes good but also does good, we share a percentage of our profits with the Children's Society charity, it's a great way to make a difference by simply purchasing a coffee.
The fact that our coffee is roasted by hand in a small roasters in the Southwest is also important to us.
You will be relieved to know that our teams are 100% focused on our food not costing the earth, We recycle at every opportunity and use eco-friendly packaging and food sourcing methods. Our teams are encouraged to plan their food production to reduce waste. Using local suppliers where possible to cut down food miles and support the local economy.
